Why This Event

A founder wanted to offer her team something more than a company dinner or a one-day retreat. She envisioned space for rest, reconnection, and appreciation, and gave her employees a full week off, with this 3-day retreat anchoring the experience. The goal was to return to joy and play, not just strategy and deliverables.

Vita Curated’s Role

We helped her bring that vision to life, from concept development to execution:

  • Ideation & concept development (Inner Child Summer Camp theme).

  • Venue research & vendor coordination.

  • Full itinerary planning and team activity design, including nostalgic childhood games with team-building adaptations.

  • F&B strategy including healthy, themed menus + mocktail session

  • On-site logistics management

  • Budget creation + oversight

  • Timeline development & team coordination

A cozy campfire lounge and floral-filled dinner setup invite guests to unwind under string lights, blending nature, nostalgia, and connection in one magical scene.

Why This Matters

This wasn’t about flashy offsites or high-adrenaline retreats. It was about creating space for what builds trust: shared moments, play, and presence. The result? A refreshed team, a participating founder, not just a host, and a culture moment worth remembering.

Final Thought

When you design with feeling, you design for connection.
And sometimes, the best way to move a team forward is to pause, play, and remember how to connect again.
