Case Study: Soft Opening Mock Event for a Boutique Yoga Studio

Project Type: Mock Event Design
Theme: An Evening of Intentional Connection
Event Format: Soft Opening Boutique Yoga Studio
Date/Time: Wednesday, 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Overview

This mock event was designed to reimagine the traditional store opening through the lens of intentionality, calm, and a curated brand experience. Set within a boutique yoga studio, the soft opening brought together community members, local entrepreneurs, influencers, and aligned wellness brands to preview the space and experience its values firsthand.

The concept was anchored in connection, sensory engagement, and a grounded, minimalist aesthetic inspired by natural textures and terracotta tones.
